Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of tryastir.com (the "Store") and your purchase of Astir products from  Astir ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from the Store.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Prices are shown in the currency for your market and may change. We may correct errors, and decline or cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or description mistake, even after an order is placed (we'll refund you if so).

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues) and refund any payment taken.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & risk

Delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & guarantees

Our Return & Refund Policy (60-day money-back, and 12-month dual-side function guarantee) forms part of these Terms.

7. Safety & intended use. Please read

Astir is a cosmetic/wellness device intended to improve the appearance of the under-eye area (such as puffiness, tone and the look of fine lines). It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Results vary between people, and the device is not designed to address hereditary pigmentation or structural features.

Use only as directed in the included instructions. As a general precaution, do not use the microcurrent function if you:

• have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic or metallic device;
• are pregnant;
• have epilepsy or a seizure disorder;
• have cancer or are undergoing treatment;
• have an active skin infection, wound, or recent procedure in the eye area.

Keep your eyes closed during use, start at the lowest intensity, and stop and consult a healthcare professional if you experience discomfort, irritation or any adverse reaction. If in doubt, speak to your doctor before use. This is general information, not medical advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, infringe our rights, or use the Store unlawfully.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, the Astir name, logo, text, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Store is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by local laws, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Store means you accept the current version.
